This is a plain-language summary of the agreement between you and ProofFlow. It is provided as a starting point and is not legal advice — have a professional review your final terms before launch.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a ProofFlow account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use ProofFlow.
2. The service
ProofFlow helps you collect customer reviews automatically and display them on your website. You are responsible for the accuracy of the reviews you choose to publish and for complying with all applicable laws when emailing your customers.
3. Billing & free trial
ProofFlow is $29/month after a 14-day free trial. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the reviews and customer data you collect. You grant ProofFlow the limited rights needed to store, process, and display that content on your behalf.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use ProofFlow to send unsolicited spam, to publish fabricated reviews, or to violate the rights of any third party. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
6. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. On termination, your data is deleted within a reasonable period.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
